Party Policies

Rental and Reservation Policies

  1. Payment is required at the time of reservation to hold your party date.
  2. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.  
  3. For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on or around the lawn display.  The display items will not safely support the weight of anyone leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
  4. Please do not move the display.  If you want it removed early please contact Party In The Front Yard.  
  5. Please do not throw display pieces in the garbage or vandalize any pieces.  
  6. If you are gifting the display, it is best to notify the honoree not to cause any damage to the display because you are responsible for any damage.  
  7. Do not schedule or perform any lawn service/maintenance while the display is in your yard.  
  8. Do not attach any items to the display.  
  9. We encourage you to pose next to your Party In The Front Yard and take lots of pictures.  Post your picture to social media and use the hashtag #partyinthefrontyard.  
  10. Party In The Front Yard and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person, animal, or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

Refund Policy

  1. If you must cancel your party, you can choose to receive half your booking rate as a refund, or you may use the full amount as credit towards a future booking, based on availability.
  2. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to, lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put the display or person in danger.
  3. No refunds are given due to the client providing an incorrect address.
  4. No refunds will be given if the property owner requests an early removal.
  5. No refunds will be given if the we are denied access to the property, including a gated community.
  6. No refunds will be given if an animal prevents display set-up.
  7. No refunds will be given for any circumstances beyond our control that prevent display set-up.
